Diablo hero editor

I’ve gone to the website newb2event to download it but it wont ope,is there somewhere you have to go to open it? please help best vote=10 points, thx
im using the v0.96 editer like when i click open,it shows me “hero Editor”,when i click that nothing happens.
ohhh,and btw i forget how to email people,i havnt been on this for a while

when i try and save it says:problems encountered when trying to save character file make sure file is not read only, and the character name is ‘legal’.
error location: 3
file size: -1

I really wana trick out my sorcerer for diablo 2 the expansion pack but im afraid that it will like ruin my computer and my mom would be pissed at me! and is it free?..

I play Diablo 2 LoD and when I’m just running around in single player i like to entertain myself, but I can’t figure out how to work the item editor I got on my jamellas item/hero editor and I want to get some of the cool sets and wierd/rare items! I have version 1.11 if that helps at all…

i tried the site the first person to answer me gave me and it keeps saying that it cant open the file because of an ingame save…… anyone know of any others? or what i can do to fix my prob?

ok, since i’ve lost my CD key for my LoD expansion, i had to use a replacement just to install it, so i’m stuck with single player, can you still do the uber tristram on single player while using the Hero Editor?
